Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients, ensure quality healthcare delivery, and assist with various clinical tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Perform clinical assessments and take patient vitals.
• Provide patient education on health management and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and performance improvement processes.
• Participate in the delegation of tasks and care activities under the guidance of senior medical staff.
• Work in an outpatient, multi-specialty practice environment.
• Support the Primary Care team with patient care in a variety of specialties.
• Ensure that patients' needs are met and provide care as per physician instructions.
