Maintenance Assistant Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

• Maintenance apprenticeship preferred

• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations

• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems

• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department

• Ability to work independently or part of a group

• Computer knowledge

• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator

Maintenance Assistant Schedule & Benefits:

• Schedule: Full-time, dayshift, including every other weekend
