Job Opportunity : Perm Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide executive leadership for a skilled nursing facility within The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. This full-time, onsite role oversees operational, regulatory, financial, and cultural stewardship of the Bottineau campus.

Employment Type : Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Varied as needed)
Compensation : $41 $68 / hour (Salaried / Exempt)
Bonuses : $10,000 Sign-On (paid at 6 & 12 months) | Relocation Available
Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility
Position Requirements :
- Bachelors degree required (Health Care Administration preferred)
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Long Term Care Administrator
- Strong understanding of LTC regulatory compliance, QAPI, infection control, and resident rights
- Ability to effectively lead teams, communicate with families, and support a culture of safety and service excellence
