Job Title : 1st Shift CNC Lathe Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator / Machinist to join our team. You will be operating a Hyundai Lathe with live tooling to machine parts daily and setting up 1-2 jobs each day using G code on a Fanuc Controller to manipulate tool paths.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Hyundai Lathe with live tooling.
• Manipulate tool paths using G code on a Fanuc Controller.
• Perform 1-2 job setups daily.
• Conduct 1st piece inspections on setups and parts.
• Ensure set-up sheets are accurately filled out and updated for all jobs.
• Handle and package parts to prevent damage and oxidation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
• Participate in team-related activities.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $39.00 / hr.
