Supervisor, Training & Quality
The Supervisor, Training and Quality will oversee the Training and Quality department under the Director of Quality and Training as part of the Service Operations Team at Cohere Health. You will implement quality measurements, scoring, and performance improvement data designed to improve operational efficiency while exceeding industry standards for quality performance. You will provide support to all functions within the Quality and Training department. With a solid foundation in leadership, you are expected to be flexible and nimble in your role to manage short- and long-term projects as well as dealing with day-to-day QA and Training tasks.
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of Training and Quality staff
Administers and exercises policies and procedures
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Decisions have a direct impact to work unit operations and customers
Frequently interacts with direct reports, customers, and peer groups at various management levels
Interactions normally involve information exchange and problem resolution

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
