Desktop Support Specialist

Insight Global is seeking Desktop Support Specialist for one of our top Banking clients in Des Moines, IA. The Service Desk Technician will be on a Service Desk Team that supports internal and external members. They will be a member of the Tier 1 team and work with the Tier 2 team tickets. This person will intake some calls but will also be helping with virtual desktops and rolling out computers to staff. This is a very collaborative, tight-knit team and the company has an amazing culture. There is room for growth and advancement into various of different IT roles throughout the organization. Hourly compensation for this role is between $25-30 / hr.
