Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours, from 18 : 45 to 07 : 15, with every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, including the administration of Heparin and Insulin protocols, as well as cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management. This position requires flexibility to float to similar units and the ability to respond to critical situations, including disaster response. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to medical / surgical and telemetry patients. Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including Heparin and Insulin drips. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, perform emergency response protocols. Implement isolation precautions and provide wound care as required. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a Med / Surg / Telemetry setting. Current BLS certification is required.
