The Role

As an Enterprise Account Director II, you will identify and develop new Large Enterprise sales opportunities, provide tailored product solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales. You will introduce our products and services to new and existing customers, implement strategic and tactical sales account plans, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

This position allows for remote work and requires at least 50% of your time to be spent conducting sales activities outside of the office.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to secure strategic positioning, acquire more business, and retain revenue. Create action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts, maximizing customer spending with the company.
  • Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established quotas. Provide comprehensive account plans and winning strategies for new business acquisition.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the full product suite, with in-depth understanding of specific products and services.
  • Deliver an accurate and detailed weekly forecast of identified opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
  • Provide sales management with insights on trends within customers' organizations and recommend necessary actions to enhance the company's position.

What We Look For in a Candidate

The successful candidate must be prepared to conduct sales activities outside the office for at least 50% of the time.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of industry sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proven communication, written, and formal presentation skills; adept in closing sales.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented professional capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office products : Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Compensation

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is based on current national data and can vary by location. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

    Location Based Pay Ranges :

    $107,499 - $143,325 in certain states;

    $112,875 - $150,497 in Colorado, Nevada, Oregon;

    $118,251 - $157,658 in California, Washington.
