Implementation Manager

The Role
In this role, you will help manage the relationship with multiple Life Sciences clients through platform implementation, ongoing support, and expansion. You will directly impact patients' lives through technology that accelerates their access to life-saving therapies. Your enthusiasm and diligence will cement Courier Health's reputation as a best-in-class vendor partner. As a foundational member of our Client Solutions team, you will have influence over the team's growth, product evolution, and service offerings.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end platform implementations from initial scoping and requirements gathering through deployment, go-live, and hypercare support, ensuring timely delivery and seamless client onboarding
- Facilitate and QA technical implementation activities including SFTP configuration, API integrations, data mapping and validation, SQL queries for data analysis, and Excel-based reporting to ensure robust platform functionality
- Build strategic partnerships with client executives to understand business objectives and configure platform capabilities that maximize impact for their field access and patient services programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer engineering, sales, and client success teams to coordinate implementation requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure client expectations are met
- Partner directly with EMs and CSAs to advance implementation progress and to ensure a smooth handover to the CS team post hypercare
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resource requirements across diverse client portfolios
- Translate client feedback into actionable product insights and partner with engineering teams to scope technical enhancements that address implementation challenges or expand platform capabilities
Qualifications
Inspired by our mission to improve healthcare through technology6-10 years of professional services experience in SaaS delivery, customer success, or account management or at a strategic consulting organizationExperience managing complex projects for enterprise clients, preferably across multiple in parallel with a focus on new platform implementationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skillsDeep analytical mindset, with consistent attention to detail and the ability to explain technical concepts to internal engineering stakeholders and non-technical customersTeam player that thrives working with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholdersComfortable presenting to executives and large groupsIndependent, ambitious and enjoys taking initiativeExperience in, or willingness to learn about, the rare disease / specialty pharma ecosystem, patient journey, and technologyHigh energy and passion for our clients and the success of their patientsTechnical Skills including but limited to SFTPs, APIs, Excel, SQL, data managementBonus Points
