Requirements : WI RN

AHA BLS

1 Year Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required) - OR - nurses with M / S background

Charting Experience Required : Epic Preferred

Required Skillset : Rehab Knowledge

Primary Cases; Stroke, Trauma, Debility, amputation, Cardiac
