What You Will Get To Do :

• Coordinate scheduling for field service technicians, ensuring timely customer support
• Serve as the liaison between customers, techs, and suppliersmanaging work orders, service calls, and communication
• Source, quote, and order parts in collaboration with suppliers and techs
• Assist in building service reports and maintaining clean documentation of all jobs
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support ordering strategies to meet demand
• Support project timelines and ensure smooth technician deployment
