Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide remote care for patients in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, personalized care to older adults with severe mental illness, substance use, and / or dementia

Collaborate with a team to coordinate care, manage crises, and facilitate transitions in care

Conduct evaluations and follow-up visits, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication

Required Qualifications

Board-certified PMHNP with an active license and DEA in Arizona, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses

3-5 years of experience as an NP in acute psychiatric settings managing complex patients

Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of geriatric psychopharmacology

Experience with virtual care or telehealth services

Bilingual in Spanish and / or Haitian Creole is highly desirable
