Arizona Licensed Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to assist with account collections and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts

Provide high-quality support and service to customers

Required Qualifications

Prior customer service and collections experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Must be 18 years or older

Proficient with computer and typing skills, able to work with multiple software applications

Experience in a customer service or call center environment
