Survey Consultant

A company is looking for a Survey Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of survey projects

Support and partner with the survey director and multiple teams on survey strategy

Develop effective methods for data / information collection

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing / administering member experience (CAHPS) survey programs

2+ years of vendor management and oversight experience

2+ years of experience supporting cross-functional business activity

Comprehensive understanding of the Medicare STARS program

Proven detailed-oriented and excellent organizational skills
