Corrections LPN | $40 / Hour Local | $1850 / Week Travel

We are hiring a qualified Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in the corrections setting in Coralville, Iowa! This is a full time position, 13 week contract (at minimum), that has guaranteed hours and pays $40.00 / Hour for local nurses. Travel pay packages available for travel nurses - up to $1850 / week for 40 hour work week!

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse works in close and immediate contact with adults and children in custody on a daily basis providing general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory section of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility security standards.

Minimum Requirements :

• Possesses a current Practical Nursing License in the applicable state
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
