This full-time permanent position offers a chance to work in a physician-led organization focused on patient care in a 20-bed ED with 24-hour physician coverage and support from a dedicated administrative team. Job Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to patients. Work within a team of board-certified physicians in a collaborative environment. Participate in 12-hour shifts, ensuring continuous coverage and patient safety. Maintain clinical documentation using Paragon EMR. Possible requirements for residency within the immediate local area; relocation may be discussed during the interview. Assess and manage diverse emergency cases effectively. Provide mentorship and support to advanced practice providers (APPs). Qualifications : Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family / Internal Medicine with EM experience. Minimum of 12 months / 2,000 hours of relevant emergency medicine experience. Strong procedural skills as demonstrated by a detailed list of experience. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. License and Certification Requirements : Current Ohio medical license (in hand or in process). DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start). Clean malpractice record and proof of COVID vaccination.
