Key Responsibilities
Architect and evolve partner program strategy for distribution and aggregator-led go-to-market motions
Define foundational components of the partner program including tiers, value exchange, and incentives
Drive cross-functional workstreams to develop automated deal flows and onboarding programs for distributors
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in partner programs, distribution management, or SaaS GTM strategy
Proven success in designing partner programs for two-tier distribution or digital marketplaces
Strong business acumen with experience in financial models and program incentives
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana
