Job Description
As the Hotel Shuttle Driver , you will be responsible for transporting guests, clients, trainees, or company personnel with a focus on safety and efficiency. If you're adept behind the wheel and dedicated to delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this role.
- Transport resort guests along designated routes.
- Assisting guests with luggage.
- Attend and actively contribute to staff meetings.
- Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking vehicles.
- Utilize radio or similar communication devices to report service disruptions to base station or other vehicles.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and service it with fuel, lubricants, and necessary accessories.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections for safety and maintenance, submitting inspection reports to the department manager's office.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
One year of experience in a similar role.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Must be over the age of 21 years old.Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.CDL drivers license with passenger endorsement.Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.Additional Information
