Job Overview :
We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guestContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate concernsWork together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished resultsQualifications
Qualifications :
Experienced Master Certified L1, or Seeking an L1 CertificateHave a CLEAN driving recordExpert Drivability / diagnostic technicalElectrical experience with all makes and models15+ years of PROFESSIONAL experience as an automotive technician / mechanic requiredWilling to help train / mentor other team membersPositive attitude and a desire to serve guestsCapable of diagnosing and repairing all years / makes / models of vehiclesMeet or exceed hourly goalsAptitude for learning additional OEM Scan tool systemsProfessional appearance and strong communicationA desire for long-term career developmentWe want to be the place you retire from.Physical Requirements :
Occasionally lift and / or move over 50 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk / stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computerAdditional Information
