A company is looking for a Customer Design & Service Specialist to enhance customer experience and pre-production design support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer design support by reviewing artwork for print readiness and making minor design adjustments
Assist in pre-order entry and production preparation, ensuring accuracy of specifications and collaborating with teams to resolve issues
Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive updates on order status while acting as a liaison between sales, design, and production teams
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in design support, Prepress, or Customer Service in the print / packaging industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design preferred, but not required
A portfolio review is required during the interview process
