In this role, the Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing CoinFlip's cash flow, managing financial risks, and developing strategies to optimize liquidity by monitoring daily operations, forecasting cash needs, managing banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, all while aiming to minimize financial risk and maintain a healthy capital structure; key responsibilities will include cash flow forecasting, risk management, debt management, and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the processes for tracking and reconciling cash in transit for our ATM business
• Report and reconcile bank credits
• Manage the company's national and international banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns
• Oversee reconciliation of bank statements against the GL
• Implement scalable operational processes for tax and cash reporting
• Oversee cash management and treasury activities
• Manage cash availability and requirements
• Develop and maintain a 13-week cash flow model
• Responsible for interest and debt analysis, including debt covenant reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Base Salary Range : $110,000-$130,000 USD
