Job description

A community hospital in North Dakota seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join their team.

Pay at $30.00-$43.00 / hour + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Registered Nurse Opportunity :

  • Full-time, direct hire opportunities available
  • Openings in MedSurg, ER, ER Float, and Clinic settings
  • Long-term and acute care environments
  • Both day and night shifts offered :

Day Shift : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM

  • Night Shift : 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

    • Registered Nurse Responsibilities :

  • Growth-oriented role with the goal of advancing into a Charge Nurse position through mentorship and leadership development
  • The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
  • Performs timely and targeted assessments of patients presenting complaints, ensuring alignment with defined triage guidelines

    • Registered Nurse Qualifications

  • Current North Dakota RN license or Multistate license required
  • Candidates with ER or OR experience are strongly encouraged to apply
  • BLS and ACLS Certification
