Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center

This position would join a 6-physician intensivist team who currently covers the Los Angeles Medical Center PICU.  The Los Angeles Medical Center PICU is a 16-bed medical-surgical unit and considered the tertiary PICU within the Kaiser system and has an active pediatric residency program with 2 residents assigned to the PICU service each month.  There is potential for occasional cross-coverage at Downey Medical Center PICU, which is an 8-bed medical-surgical unit.  Both units participate in the pediatric clerkship program affiliated with Kaiser Permanent School of Medicine.  We are seeking an experienced PICU physician with a diverse background in clinical care.
