Multi-disciplinary team is hiring a Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Cincinnati team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead electrical team in design of public / private development projects
- Recruit new team members to build a strong team
- Assist with business development
- Attend project / client interviews
- Interact with other in-house teams
- Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals
- Ensure QA / QC standards are met by reviewing designs prepared by others
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
