What You'll Do : Greet and screen individuals entering the location, verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site-specific policies. Provide customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns from visitors, employees, and / or clients. Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies, with a focus on supporting a secure environment for financial operations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when necessary according to Allied Universal protocols. Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and / or irregularities encountered during shifts. Assist in managing access control for restricted areas, helping to deter unauthorized entry and / or breaches. Communicate with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding incidents, concerns, or unusual activity within the location. Minimum Requirements : CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
