Job descriptionAt least 2 years of experience managing landscaping projects and / or crews Knowledge and experience installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications Ability to read landscape designs and plans Ability to lift 50 pounds Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery Valid GA driver license Bilingual skills are a plus Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Dependable attendance record Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions Competitive pay range of $25-$30 / hr , with potential for overtime pay. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage landscaping crews
- Ensure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
- Operate and train others on equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Adapt to changes for peak efficiency
- Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients
- Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
- Track and record all expenses and crew hours worked
- Prepare job sites and see them through to completion
- Maintain a clean worksite
- Complete paperwork and information pertaining to job
- Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction
