Salary : $25-$30 / Hour DOE

Ellingson is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground construction throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for the following :

  • Operates the construction equipment for maximum efficiency.
  • Operates construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
  • Follows all company policies and safety regulations.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Travel will be required; travel within Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and the surrounding areas is possible.
  • The ability to work hard while performing physically demanding work in the field in all weather conditions.
  • Standing / walking most of the day, kneeling, squatting, using a ladder, operating hand tools, etc.
  • Candidates with CDLs are preferred. On-the-job CDL training is also available.
