Machine Operator

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators for a full-time position within a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role requires more than basic machine operation — candidates must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment independently to maintain production efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial machinery throughout the production cycle

Perform routine troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to resolve equipment issues

Maintain consistent output quality by following established procedures and inspecting finished products

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements :

Prior experience in machine operation and mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting

Ability to work early morning shifts and remain on-site until production is complete

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety
