Principal Product Manager, Audit AI

In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Product Management for Audit in the Accounting, Tax, Practice & Audit Product team, supporting the Tax, Accounting, and Audit Professionals business.

TR has a bold vision to be the leader in AI-powered, content-driven technology, and the Principal Product Manager, AI Audit, will work closely with colleagues from Product, Design, Engineering, and AI Labs teams who are already dedicated to delivering on this mission. Teams are working closely with customers to create a product experience that is unmatched in the market today. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders from these teams to refine our product strategy and roadmap, while also playing a hands-on leadership role in inspiring and guiding cross-functional, distributed product teams through product discovery and delivery.
About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager, you will find that no two days or hours are alike and will include engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote our vision, advocating with internal stakeholders, refining product strategy, defining and acting on product metrics, creating business cases, roadmap planning, scrum of scrums release planning, and more. You will have the opportunity and be accountable for maximizing customer and business value with our AI-powered audit experience.

Deep understanding of GenAI vs. traditional ML approaches and their product implications
Proven track record of shipping impactful AI products at scale
High agency and ownership mentality-you see problems and solve them
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced Product Management professional
Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science preferred, or equivalent experience
10+ years of Product Management experience
Experience in fintech, with previous experience in creating tax & accounting SaaS products, strongly preferred
Proven high energy, highly collaborative approach working in cross-functional matrixed environments to drive product delivery and product outcomes
