Academic Program Specialist, Graduate School

Under the supervision of the Director, the Graduate School and Office of Research is looking for an individual to serve as an Academic Program Specialist. This on-campus position will coordinate front office operations, graduate assistantship hiring, and other administrative support tasks related to the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail. A successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate and work with a team, multitask and prioritize a variety of duties, work independently with good judgement and be a self-starter.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of office or administrative experience (Appropriate college coursework or vocational / technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.)

Salary : $16.23 per hour
