We are looking for a dedicated Branch / Retail Banking Clerk to join our team in Seminole, Texas. As a key member of our banking operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to individual and small business clients. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow within a supportive and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate credit and non-credit banking products and services.
• Manage and maintain account relationships, providing ongoing support both in-person and through various communication channels.
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking operations, while adhering to established policies.
• Operate teller windows efficiently and ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures.
• Assist clients in opening new accounts and completing consumer loan applications.
• Market banking services to existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.
• Stay informed about banking products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Previous experience in cash handling or retail banking is required.
• Familiarity with banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in marketing financial products and services to individuals and small businesses.
• Certification or ability to become certified to operate teller windows and conduct banking transactions.
• Knowledge of account opening procedures and consumer loan applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.
