Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

  • Business development activities to drive the growth of the practice in the marketplace through proactive reach outs to bankers, attorneys, and referral other sources
  • Assist with financial and operational assessments of clients
  • Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts and monthly integrated financial forecasts
  • Project management responsibilities include accountability for periodic client status reporting as well as billing and collecting fees
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with C-suite individuals to acquire and assess relevant data for financial analysis
  • Analyze financial statements to determine the sustainability of performance and evaluate assumptions inherent in client business plans

The qualifications.

  • Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field is required
  • CPA, CTP, CIRA designations preferred
  • 12 plus years of total experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of recent or current experience with a restructuring consulting practice
  • Successful track record of generating new business from referral sources
  • Technology skills required to work proficiently with firm systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20 to 30% overnight travel

    Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience is provided in accordance with applicable state requirement.

    Colorado monthly base range is as follows : $15,833.34 to $22,083.34

    Illinois monthly base range is as follows : $15,833.34 to $22,083.34
