University Title Company is seeking an experienced Title Curative Liaison to join their team in College Station. The Curative Liaison will work with multiple departments on curative issues to successfully get files to closing. This position has flexibility to be onsite, hybrid, or remote in Texas.

Position Highlights :

• Search Lexis Nexis for clearing Abstracts of Judgment.
• Search Secretary of State for entity verifications.
• Perform research on Ancestry and other due diligence to verify information provided in heirship questionnaires and orders Affidavits of Heirship.
• Prepare IRS Form 8821 for IRS payoffs or discharges.
• Communicate with underwriting attorneys and our legal team.
• Prepare, review, and approve Powers of Attorney.
