Job descriptionNegotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills : Proficient in negotiating payment plans and resolving conflicts. Prioritization Skills : Manage and prioritize multiple accounts effectively to maximize debt recovery. Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in debt collection or financial services, is preferred. Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiar with database tools to track and manage accounts. Weekly paychecks! Job Full Description
Hours : Monday 10am-6 : 30pm
Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay : $17.00 / HR
Duties :
- Make outgoing calls to collect on outstanding debts.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify and manage outstanding balances.
- Plan and implement effective strategies to recover outstanding payments.
- Handle and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts by collaborating with internal teams or clients.
