Maintenance Technician

Direct Hire

Pay : $27-30 hourly

Location : Twinsburg

Hours : 6 : 00AM-3 : 30PM

Summary :

The Maintenance role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

Normal Working Hours and Conditions : Core business hours are generally 6 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
