Job Summary : Reports to the Pit Supervisor. The Eureka Table Games Dealer will provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing to all customers while following all casino table games procedures and policies. Responsibilities and Duties Provide quality customer service to guests; protect game by monitoring player / dealer activity; ensure departmental compliance to Nevada Gaming Regulations; safeguard assets of Pit; deal table games following company, department and Nevada Gaming regulations; count fills and credits; count chips; keep trays orderly; other duties as assigned. Required Skills Knowledge of dealing all table games; knowledge of Nevada Gaming Regulations; knowledge of Title 31 compliance requirements; requires frequent reaching, standing, and bending; requires the ability to make decisions in stressful and diverse situations; requires motivation and initiative to meet the expectations of self and upper management; requires a professional appearance, attitude and demeanor; requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with casino patrons and other personnel; requires the ability to distinguish numbers, letters and symbols; requires normal vision and hearing range; requires the ability to follow directions from a supervisor; requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers; ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to follow directions. Required Experience Previous dealing experience preferred.
