Journeyman Electrician – Solar Projects (Delaware / Maryland Region) Location :

• Delaware & Maryland Job Type : Full-Time Pay : $30–$60 / hour Schedule : Monday – Friday Solar Gaines is growing!
• We're looking for licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our team and support multiple prevailing wage solar projects across the Delaware and Maryland area.
• If you're an experienced, motivated electrician passionate about clean energy and skilled in both simple and complex electrical systems, we want to hear from you. 🔧 What You’ll Do Install code-compliant electrical systems on solar projects.
• Install wiring, conduit, enclosures, switchgear, main service replacements, sub-panels, and transformers.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshoot issues using appropriate testing tools.
• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, wiring, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning PV systems and components.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local building codes.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and superintendents.
• Support and mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
