Senior Product Manager

At Oak Street Health, we are building the industry-leading clinical operations and population health platform to support the delivery of high quality care to the Medicare population. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of a pod innovating a core part of our platform. Through partnership with senior business and engineering leaders, you will oversee the planning and execution of all initiatives within your pod or suite of pods while serving as a key leader within our organization. The ideal candidate combines deep domain and industry expertise with experience delivering consumer-grade products to clinical users.

Required Qualifications :

• 6+ years in a product / product adjacent role at a rapidly growing company
• 3+ years healthcare experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Education : BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $106,605.00 - $284,280.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
