Salary : $20-$20 per hour

Position Summary :

The Community Engagement Coach provides direct student support in functioning as a student and as a member of the Mansfield Hall community and the community as a whole. The Coach assists students in daily activities and provides direction and support in following a daily schedule consistent with the Student MAP (Making Action Plans). The primary focus is coaching and creating a sense of community within the milieu, supporting all residential students. Like all Mansfield Hall employees, the Community Engagement Coach should embody the mission, values, philosophy, and approach of the organization.

Schedule :

Afternoons and evenings, up to 11pm

• Although we do our best to maintain consistency, all Mansfield Hall program team schedules are subject to change.

Working Conditions :

Internal : Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise from normal office activities. Occasional interruptions and distractions are inherent to a flex-space work environment.

External :

Minimal local travel may be required. Work outside the office typically takes place in similar environments, such as campus buildings or campus spaces.
