Shop Manager

SHOP MANAGER :

Recognized for fostering safe working conditions, utilizing the best equipment, and nurturing an enjoyable work culture, our client is seeking to hire a qualified Shop Manager for their growing operations! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for heavy equipment and mechanics that work in demolition, excavation, underground utilities, roads / heavy highway, or water treatment construction projects. If you are an individual who meets these qualifications and desires to be on a team that values integrity, collaboration, and quality standards - we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance
• Manage a team of Mechanics
• Coordinate and perform Warranty work
• Review invoices, budget, and labor
