Your Role in Patient Care

As an LPN / LVN, you will use your expertise to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients, understanding their needs and supporting their rehabilitation journeys. Your Responsibilities Include :

  • Delivering direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitoring patient behaviors and vital signs, and noting responses to treatments.
  • Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report observations and implement care plans.
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and mental needs.
  • Celebretating patient progress and victories.

    • Qualifications

  • Current LPN / LVN licensure as per state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred : one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
  • Preferred : experience in rehabilitation settings.
