Job Title : Landscape Services Account Manager
Employment Type : Full-Time (40+ Hours per week)
Reporting to : Brian Hartwyk, Design and Sales Manager
Job Summary :
The Landscape Services Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of landscape service
accounts. This role ensures client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service, fostering client relationships, and
identifying opportunities for enhancement projects. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for
clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of landscaping projects and services.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management :
o Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs, concerns, and inquiries
promptly.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
o Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and address client feedback.
2. Account Growth and Sales :
o Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
o Develop proposals for maintenance services, enhancements, seasonal extras, and Christmas Dcor to
meet client needs.
o Collaborate with the sales team to transition Design Build clients to Service Customers.
o Track and submit profitability summaries and submit billing approvals for invoicing.
3. Project Planning and Execution :
o Work with landscape designers and production teams to plan and execute projects, including installation,
maintenance, and seasonal adjustments.
o Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulations, company policies and industry best
practices.
4. Administrative Duties :
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project statuses.
o Prepare reports and forecasts related to account performance and revenue goals.
o Monitor contract renewals and ensure timely communication with clients.
Qualifications :
Associates degree or higher in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
(preferred)
Proven experience in account management, landscaping services, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture practices, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in LMN software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to client sites.
