Overview
Job Description : Manage the tactical development and execution of HCP peer-to-peer medical education (DSE and brand), congress presence, as well as other promotional initiatives such as NPP digital media, to support the successful launch of Otsuka's first product in ADHD.
Responsibilities
Collaborate, align, and coordinate with fellow brand team members and cross-functional partners and external agencies to deliver key tactics on time and within budget.
Help develop and deliver a clear communication and implementation plan for all tactics.
Be proficient in managing agency partners ushering all necessary resources through the Promotional Review Committee process, from draft to final approval.
Qualifications
Required : B.A. or B.S. degree
Required : Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing or relevant experience
Required : Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Required : Proven ability to translate strategy into supportive and impactful tactics
Required : Proven agency management skills (for example, managed the agency of record)
Required : Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced in marketing plans, strategies, or significant projects
Required : Proven ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance across a matrix team
Required : Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and medical review processes {PRC}
Required : Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills
Required : Excellent attention to detail
Preferred : Experience / knowledge of CNS marketplace
Preferred : Launch experience
Preferred : MBA and / or advanced degree in marketing

Compensation and Benefits
Minimum $146,955.00 - Maximum $219,650.00, plus incentive opportunity. The range shown represents a typical pay range for individuals in the United States. Actual pay is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and internal benchmarks. This information is provided in accordance with state and local laws.
