Job descriptionQualifications : High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems Conduct inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot problems Repair or replace defective parts Maintain accurate maintenance records Adhere to safety protocols and regulations Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure maintenance needs are met Assist with special projects and renovations as needed Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and carry heavy objects Stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods Work in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications : Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems Experience with preventive maintenance programs Knowledge of building codes and regulations
