User Research and Data Analyst (Contractor)

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Research Planning and Execution : Design and execute comprehensive research plans. Employ Human Centered Design Research Methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Data Analysis and Insight Generation : Analyze user data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Utilize statistical tools and software for data analysis, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of findings.
• Synthesis and Deliverables : Synthesize research findings into clear, concise deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other user experience artifacts. Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including experience architects, designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in user research and data analysis. Continuously improve research processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
