As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting for Full or Part Time Primary Care Physicians to join our team in Eugene / Springfield community.

Position Details :

• Flexible practice models include Traditional, Hybrid & Virtual!
• 100% Out-patient
• Schedule Monday – Friday
• Full or Part Time
• 4-day work week
• Team-based medicine
• Average patients seen per day is 18.
• Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric aged patients; general in office procedures.
• Medical Assistant to support clinicians, rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow-up appointments.
• EMR - National Instance of EPIC
• DAX - AI-powered voice-enabled documentation solution
