Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician where you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities through various maintenance tasks. You will have the opportunity to perform a range of repairs and oversee installations, contributing significantly to our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises.
• Oversee installation, relocation, and reinstallation of new and existing equipment.
• Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
• Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
• Update mechanical prints when changes are required.
• Maintain all air conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.
• Submit proposals and recommendations for upgrades or changes to the department supervisor.
• Maintain maintenance records for each piece of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure proper documentation of records.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position.
• Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $27.00 / hr.
