Qualifications :

• Florida license required.
• Master's degree in either counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field preferred.
• Minimum of at least one year experience working with adults with emotional disturbances.
• Be knowledgeable of and comply with state and federal statues, rules, and policies that affect the target population.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to work well with a multi-functioning team of clinical staff, case managers, and support staff.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
