We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for Core Diagnostics IT Manufacturing. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to align IT solutions with manufacturing strategies, ensuring successful delivery of programs and applications across U.S. manufacturing sites. This position plays a critical role in shaping investment roadmaps and driving innovation that supports organizational goals.
What You'll Work On :
Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to understand strategy and translate needs into IT opportunities.Develop and maintain investment roadmaps aligned with manufacturing and business strategies.Collaborate with BTS Delivery teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions within budget, timeline, and service levels.Review Statements of Work to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.Manage IT budgets, project capital / RCE expenditures, and ROI while identifying cost-saving opportunities.Lead and develop teams, including resource planning and vendor management.Champion change and innovation, fostering creativity and openness to new ideas.Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.810 years of IT experience in large or mid-sized multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare organizations.Proven leadership experience managing teams and project portfolios ($1MM$10MM).Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multi-task across programs.Experience in IT strategy development and business alignment.Knowledge of software lifecycle, privacy, and security aspects.Vendor management experience and ability to collaborate with senior business leaders.Preferred Qualifications :
Technology knowledge in Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., POMS), scheduling tools, Agile, cloud solutions, manufacturing equipment, and cybersecurity.Experience working with global teams and cross-divisional initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 $222,700.00.
