Job Posting Title : Manager of Facilities

Job Summary / Purpose : Coordinates various special projects, analyzing cost, and identifying internal methods or suppliers to ensure that all facilities where patients receive care, treatment, or services, meet all federal, state and local requirements and facilities function as required for patients, families and staff.

What You Should Know About the Manager of Facilities :

  • This is a full-time position, the hours are : 8 : 00A-4 : 30PM.
  • Oversees Repair & Maintenance, Culinary and Hospitality, as well as Ohio Department of Health requirements for the facilities.
  • Collaboration with colleagues required.
  • We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) Preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Two years’ experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in facility
  • maintenance.
  • Training and knowledge in electrical, mechanical and structural systems equipment operation, service
  • and repairs.
  • SMA, FMA or other Technical certification preferred.
  • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and maintain preventive maintenance logs.
  • Travel may be required during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
